When his father died in 1912, Claude Goins was still a minor, and his uncle, David Andrew Goins, was appointed his guardian and administrator of the estate. Vernon, two lots in Red Fork, Oklahoma and $1,500 in cash, according to Franklin County Probate Book H, pages 11, 12, 13, 14, 65, 66, 67, 68, and 69.
