Services Provided: Provide decent, safe and sanitary dwelling units to very low income families who are eligible according to HUD guidelines. Families pay the greater of 30% adjusted gross income or 10% of gross income monthly; balance of contract rent paid to participating landlord by RHA Administered Housing Assistance; (HUD) funded.

Requirements for Eligibility and Financial Guidelines: The requirements are that they meet HUD guidelines on very low income limits and other eligibility criteria like mandatory social security cards and availability of certificates and be in good standing if past participant.

Intake Procedure: The first step is to set up appointment for application.

Required Documents: SS Cards for all family, Birth Certificate, Bank Statements, Asset Values & Verification on Property, Medical Verification.
