Requirements for Eligibility and Financial Guidelines: Income betweem 125% and 175% of the current federal poverty income guidelines.

Intake Procedure: Applications are taken at each Multi-Service Center. Caseworkers will do home visits for shut-ins.

History with SPCAA: At the start of the program the amount of money that we could spend per household was approximately $50. With the present contract we can spend $1,748 per household to weatherize the home, and an additional $1,748 to provide enhanced weatherization measures.
