Other Comments: EN/TERP will be used as a source of last resort in an array of services available through the neighborhood service centers. All traditional sources for needed assistance will be exhausted before an application for assistance will be considered.

Under the EN/TERP program SPCAA will serve the most in need in a critical one time only circumstance with a maximum payment of $90. Maximum payment of $150 will be allowed for the purchase of butane, propane, kerosene, and other heating petroleum products.
