An applicant or family member who has received a legal or bonafide eviction notice and provides an original thereof, containing applicant's name, address of residence from which the applicant is being evicted, shall be defined as homeless and may be eligible for services on the date of eviction given in the eviction notice. Income eligibility: A homeless applicant is eligible for assistance under this program if his income is at or below the poverty line for their family size as established annually by the Department of Health and Human Services Poverty Income Guidelines.
