Refer Recipients to the CEAP Program through Case Management for self-sufficiency and perform energy audits for cost effectiveness energy savings.

Requirements for Eligibility and Financial Guidelines: Income below 125% of the current federal income guidelines.

Intake Procedure: Referrals are taken at each Multi-Service Center. Case workers will do home visits for shut-ins.

Other Comments: The purpose of this program is to increase the energy efficiency of dwellings owned or occupied by low-income persons, reduce the total residential energy expenditures, and improve their Health and Safety, especially low-income persons who are particularly vulnerable such as the elderly, the handicapped and children.
