Rev. Billy McCauley
Memorial celebration for Billy McCauley, 41, of Lubbock will be at 3 p.m. Thursday in Lakeridge United Methodist Church with the Rev. Bill Couch, Rev. Joe James, Rev. Perry Hunsaker, Rev Mike Struve and Rev. Landrum Medlock officiating.
Private graveside services will be at Resthaven Memorial Park under direction of Resthaven Funeral Home of Lubbock.
McCauley died Sunday, August 3, 1997 in Santa Fe, N.M.
He was born in Dallas. He Married Mary Kay Page on April 14, 1979, in Lubbock. He attended North Texas State University and graduated from Texas Tech University and the Asbury Seminary. He attended Lakeridge United Methodist Church and was a member of the United Methodist Church Conference.
He was a Northwest Texas Conference evangelist. He was the founder and director of Words and Music Ministries.
Survivors include his wife; three sons, Ben, Josh, and Luke, all of Lubbock; his parents, Dr. and Mrs Bill McCauley of Lubbock; two brothers, David of Lubbock, and Cody of Dell City; and his maternal grandmother, Marie Moore of Lubbock.
